The setting was beautiful, right next to the main square. It's great that they offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bigger beds. I love the indoor garden and Mayan-style touch; it truly welcomes everyone here.

gorgeous hotel with lovely décor, modern rooms. a huge variety of food available in the bar. exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini-bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control in the room. marvellous and beautiful location as only 5 minutes to cenote zaci. found in the lovely area just next door to the center and park.

The staff here is super nice, the location is great - right by the main plaza. the room is spacious with a lovely bathroom and they even have hypo-allergenic pillows. the service was top-notch the whole time I was here! 🌟

Air conditioned lovely romantic rooms, they are provided with private terrace, the indoor garden, for instance. There is a coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. The hotel's location is amazing and the staff are very very helpful and lovely friendly.

The double room had an exceptionally comfy bed, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge bar. the staff was pleasant and incredibly helpful. They served a delicious breakfast that was 😋.

The hotel offers a great and brilliant location close to the city center, just a 3-minute walk. Enjoyable and marvelous breakfast is served in the bar. the employees are very welcoming and exceptional. Would happily go back again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints at all.
